    Våra 2 700 kvadratmeter, 4 sovrum, 2. 5 badrumsboende har öppet utrymme och utsikt över bergen och ligger 10 miles (drygt 10 minuter) norr om centrum och 15 miles (15 minuter) söder om Purgatory Ski-området. Platsen erbjuder avskildhet och avskildhet men är ändå bara en kort bilresa till centrum samt skärselden. Dalton Ranch golfbana och Trimble Hot Springs ligger mindre än 3 miles från bostaden.

    Hemmet har ett fantastiskt utomhusbostadsområde med grill och utsikt över Animas River Valley. Animasdalen är den signaturiga bergsutsikten i Durango med fantastiska röda klippor som ramar in den slingrande Animasfloden genom pastorala ängar och bomullsskogar. Det finns också en gratis tennisbana och basketplan för användning i närheten av hemmet. Hemmet ligger i The Ranch underavdelning, som är en av de mest eftertraktade bostadssamhällen i dalen. Det är känt lokalt för sitt frodiga landskapsarkitektur och vattenskapande.

    Avbokningsregler: En betalning på $ 300 krävs vid bokningstillfället. Denna $ 300-betalning tillämpas på det totala förfallna beloppet och återbetalas endast inom 72 timmar efter det att bokningen gjordes. Om ditt ankomstdatum är inom 45 dagar efter bokningen krävs full betalning vid bokningstillfället. Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i en förkortad vistelse, som görs inom fyrtiofem (45) dagar efter ankomstdatumet, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet medan avbokningar som görs mer än fyrtiofem (45) dagar före ankomst endast förverkas 300 $ betalningen vid bokningstillfället. För bokningar som är minst trettio (30) nätter ökar avbokningsreglerna ovan till sextio (60) dagar före ankomstdatum. Vi erbjuder reseförsäkring.

The moment we walked into your house, we loved it (the fresh flowers in the kitchen were a nice touch)! The house is huge. It looked & smelled so clean. We had everything we needed. Looking out the back & watching the cow, calf & sheepdog was a delight. We enjoyed walking through the beautiful, quiet neighborhood & seeing all the lakes and ponds. Thank you for helping to make our one-month vacation a pleasant, wonderful, carefree experience. We forgot a ring & the house cleaners were honest & Premier Vacations took care of mailing it to us. For that we're especially grateful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home! The house and yard were perfect and let us feel like we had our own little oasis in Durango. Very peaceful! The walking trails behind The Ranch provide a nice close location to walk each morning before we headed out. We were so disappointed that we had to leave early due to the Durango fires and will definitely plan on returning in the future. We also want to say we were very impressed with the yard maintenance person - very friendly and always working hard on the yard. Thank you to Premier Vacation Rentals for getting us into another location after the Mandatory Evacuation. The fires did not diminish our overall stay in either place - we love Durango and visiting the town, location and friends.

Wife and I had two friends come up and they not only enjoyed the house, but The Ranch subdivision is a little oasis. There is 550 noise, traffic.

Fabulous for our family of 7

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to the Ranch home with two families, totaling 3 children ranging from 9-15 and 4 adults. The house had plenty of room for all, including storage for our clothes and ski gear as well as room for everyone to stretch out, relax, and have both privacy and togetherness. The two living rooms were a big hit, and the large kitchen worked well for all the cooking. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils. We found the beds firm but comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The house got warm during the day, but the manager has provided fans, which is all we really needed. The back AND front yards are terrific for the kids to play, and the neighborhood is a nice place for evening walks. We are already considering coming back. Of note, PJ's market is very close and fantastic, as is the City Market (really just a Kroger) at the North edge of town. They had plenty of organic groceries for those of us who wanted it. I have to also note how easy Keith is to work with. I've rented several homes over the years for vacations. No one has been as responsive as Keith.

Clean well maintained house in a great little development. House is between the ski mountain and town so its a good compromise if you want to getting some skiing in and spend some time in the great town of Durango. House itself was very comfortable, beds are comfortable, lots of sitting area.

It was spacious, clean and nicely kept. The floor plan allowed for grown ups to visit in the formal living area and the children to spend time in the TV. area. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom spa shower made for a special relaxing treat. The property management rep. had a quick response time to all my questions. Would definitely book this home again.
