    Våra 3 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum 2500 kvadratmeter stadsbostad ligger vid basen av Purgatory och erbjuder bekvämlighet under alla årstider. Den var sluten och ombyggd och professionellt dekorerad 2016.

    Dessa lägenheter har fantastisk utsikt över Needles Range och Spud Mountain och har 4 däck (och gasgrill) för att njuta av utsikten i alla riktningar. Det är en mycket kort promenad till en enkel skidspår som tar dig till basområdet.

    Den 4% resortavgiften som ingår i offerten är den nödvändiga resortavgiften som måste tas ut och tillåter inte åtkomst till Durango Mountain Club. För en extra (och valfri) 4% resortavgift har du tillgång till Durango Mountain Club som inkluderar en uppvärmd utomhuspool med rutschkana, badtunna utomhus och träningsanläggning.     Avbokningsregler: En betalning på $ 300 krävs vid bokningstillfället. Beautiful house with even better views!

Purgatory resort is a hidden gem! Awesome place to take the family for vacation if you love to ski. The house was perfect for family game night after a long day on the mountain.

Beautiful Place

We really enjoyed our stay here. Home faces the mountains so the view is amazing. Easy walk to the bunny hill to start your day of skiing. House amenities are everything you need. Thanks for a wonderful vacation stay.

Wonderful for a family get together

This place is very nice, stocked with essentials. Very comfortable and quiet. The views are incredible! I wish it would have been cleaner but we still very much enjoyed this home.

Love it

Our families spent this Christmas Skiing. Loved the Condo. It was cozy and lots of space for 2 families of 3. We love skiing Purgatory. Everyone is non-pretentious and friendly people. One problem we had was the dish satellite was not working so our husbands couldn’t watch all the football games.

Family Summer Vacation

We had a great time staying at this condo at the Purgatory ski resort during the summer! It was very luxurious with the nicest view and deck around (hot tub, heaters, etc). Super convenient to all the fun activities at the resort such as the lift, coasters, shops. We really enjoyed the white water rafting and ATV adventures, as well as visiting Mesa Verde. The location is close to not only Durango, but Silverton and Ouray if you want to adventure! Highly recommend this rental!

Very Nice Rental

Amazing view, beautiful deck, upscale decor, comfortable furniture and beds, great location! Loved the heaters on the deck. We had a wonderful time! The hot tub was a bit disappointing, though, because the water was murky and overflowed onto the deck with three average sized people using it. There was also a problem with lime deposits around the kitchen and bathroom faucets and sinks. Overall, an enjoyable, comfortable stay.

Great time with friends of 58 years. Perfect getaway. Fantastic deck, except jacuzzi was not yet fixed when we arrived which was in June, and they said it would be fixed mid May. Otherwise, great stay. We did not cook, bbq, etc. but everything looked in great condition.

There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy together time and have their own space too! We especially enjoyed the large spacious deck and hot tub! The views were amazing from all the east windows. Easy walking distance to the resort pool/large hot tub. The only downfall was the time frame that we were there. The resort activities, stores, and restaurants were closed until the summer season started (1 week from our dates of stay). We were able to make some family dinners in the fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to have the ability to do some laundry with the private washer/dryer in thos condo. We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of hiking was a plus! June 2-June 7th

Durango to Purgatory in the Fall

The home was equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. While we were there for a week, the wifi was not accessible, required calls to management and not fixed until after we left. There was also some misunderstanding with parking oversized vehicles on the property. All-in-all it was a beautiful stay in Durango to Purgatory in the Fall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views are stunning and the outdoor patio is really lovely. Housekeeping needs to step it up. The outside looked like it had not been swept in ages. There was a nail right near the hot tub that my child stepped on and there were full cobwebs on every deck. Furniture should be cleaned as well. Also sloppy things, like no soap on arrival and things like that. They indicate that you are given a starter packet of house items and this means only 1 days worth of coffee. Keep this in mind if you don't wish to grocery shopping during your stay. I would have rather paid a dollar a day more and had coffee unlimited. There was also no coffee carafe. The management handled it in an acceptable manner but of course, we wish there were no issues. Honestly, the stay would have been perfect if not for these issues as the place is lovely.

I will share my one complaint and then turn it into a rave - there was a pretty significant sulfur smell in the house, not sure if it was the hot water heater or something in the garage, but it was pretty intense. We even opened windows and it helped a little, but still lingered. It wasn’t too bad though because we spent most of our time outside and loved every second of it! The bedrooms provide plenty of space! The bathrooms are incredible - there’s even a shower sauna in the master! The kitchen is perfect for cooking for groups and is probably the most well stocked Airbnb kitchen I’ve ever seen! Even had a kitchen aid mixer! The porch is really the star of the show! Purgatory and Durango have a lot to offer, but we chose to just spend all afternoon on the porch! Playing cards, talking, and soaking up the views! It’s good to know that there’s not really any coffee shops or grocery stores close. We tried to pick up breakfast one morning and the ski resort has super limited options and the next option was about 20/30 mins away! So just be prepared for that, but truly I would 10000% book again! Incredible!

Small Issues Add Up

My wife and four kids (ages 5 - 10) stayed in this condo for a week at the end of February 2025. Our main priority was skiing at Purgatory Resort. The condo has significant potential, but we had a few issues during our stay. Pros-The deck and the view are outstanding. The deck has a large hot tub, a Blackstone grill, and ample seating. -The condo is well-furnished and has plenty of beds to accommodate large families or groups. Cons-The condo wasn't very clean when we arrived. The dishes, windows, and floors all needed attention. -The property listing says, "steps to the slopes." This is very misleading. They're technically correct if you consider hundreds of steps up and downhill "steps to the slopes." We drove to the resort daily, negating staying close to the mountain. -Communication with property management leaves a lot to be desired.-The fire pit on the deck doesn't work. -One of the deck heaters had an empty propane tank. I asked property management if they could bring us a refill. They said, "Of course," but then never showed up. There were other minor issues, but you get the point. Overall, the home has much to like, but it is held back by property management and the cleaning crew. If we return to Purgatory, we'll most likely find a different place to stay.
