Våra 4 sovrum, 3. 5 bad, 3 400 kvadratmeter hem ligger inom Durango Mountain Resort s (Purgatory) Engineer Village Community och ligger 24 miles norr om downtown Durango (mindre än en 30 minuters bilresa).

Njut av bekvämligheten med att vara i skidorten, men ändå ha integritet och extra utrymme för ett hus med två garage. Anläggningen är både en fantastisk vinterlek och erbjuder en rikedom av alla dina favorit bergsaktiviteter i ett coolt och bekvämt sommarklimat på 8 900 fot i höjd. För enkelhet, det finns en gratis på begäran skyttelbuss till de viktigaste plaza stegen från hissarna både vinter och sommar.

Hemmet ligger intill över en miljon hektar national skogsmark och stöder en av de finaste vandringslederna i området. Obegränsade äventyr väntar i den ojämförliga San Juan National Forest med gångavgång till tre vattendena med riklig öring och extraordinära utsikt över Needles Mountains. Huset ligger också nära spårvägsvägen, som är en av de finaste och mest natursköna vandringar i området.
För en tilläggsavgift på 4% får du tillgång till Durango Mountain Club, som inkluderar en uppvärmd utomhuspool med glid, utomhusbastu och träningsanläggning. Anläggningsavgiften på 4% som ingår i citatet är den obligatoriska resortavgiften som måste debiteras och tillåter inte tillgång till Durango Mountain Club. Beautiful Home and Awesome Location

My family came up for the weekend for a quick 4- wheeling trip. This home was perfect, clean, comfortable, and a great location with quick access to Purgatory and the trails. The garage was really nice to fit 4 four wheelers and a truck. The driveway was also big enough to back in a 24’ enclosed trailer. We had a great time and hope to come back soon! I would highly recommend booking g this home!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful and incredibly clean cabin! My sister and I stayed with both our families and had the best time. There were 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 5-13). Having two masters was wonderful for both couples and then the kids had two rooms to share between the 5 of them. The room and bathroom situation was perfect. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to make all our meals. We spent our days skiing and found the on demand shuttle service to be so easy to use. The shuttle came within 5 minutes of calling them and even offered to take us back to the resort in the evening for the NYE firework show at Purgatory. We have nothing negative to say about our stay. We will certainly look to re-book this cabin next time. Thank you so much!

Fantastic

Our stay was absolutely wonderful the house is beautiful and so very clean . The only thing that was challenging for us was the stairs . I wish they would have given that information in the description because it was challenging with a one year old keeping her from falling down the main set of stairs or going up the other stairs . Also for elderly my father thought about coming with us but he wohld have never been able to do that many flights of stairs everyday . Just put that info on the main information section would have been appreciated otherwise i highly recommend this home and would and probably will visit this hone again !!!

Perfect location

Great house conveniently located across from the ski slopes. Has was well appointed and clean. Plenty of kitchen items. Only suggestion would be to replace the skillets as the non stick has worn out on all of them. Property manager very responsive. We would stay here again!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip for our party of 6. The location (halfway between Durango and Silverton) was perfect for us to explore the area and do as much or as little as we wanted each day. My only advice for others was that we thought we would use the pool amenities more than we did. The facilities was small and in hindsight we would have been fine not paying the surcharge.

Great house!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was immaculate and the perfect size for our family! Huge kitchen and family room allowed us all to hang out together comfortably! The views from the house were stunning. The only drawback was no air conditioning- I know this is totally normal for Colorado and even with opening all the windows it was still really warm before bed and during the day. We are from texas- a VERY warm but very air conditioned state :) The only other thing worth noting - the resort with the pool and hot tub is across the highway- so even though it’s a mile or so- it’s definitely not walking distance. So if you stay here you really need access to a car in order to do anything. It’s very close to both silverton and Durango so it is a great location. You just need to be prepared to drive first for all the things you want to do. We would 100% stay here again!! Gorgeous house w everything you could ever need! Thank you!

Family getaway

We enjoyed the spacious home and beautiful views of the mountains. We had significant amounts of snowfall during our stay which was wonderful to enjoy. Road crews and the private driveway plowing and blowing allowed us to enjoy the time without worry about the snow. A memorable experience for our family.

Spectacular birthday weekend

Property is as good as it looks

Had a wonderful stay at this property with a group of 7 people. Neighborhood is quiet and the house has plenty of space for large groups. Kitchen is stocked with a lot of necessary items and the property was very clean. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Fun but alittle frustrated

Very nice location and very nice cabin. Beautiful view and weather. But was very frustrated to find the beds was full of dog hair and we all had to stay up and wash all bedding and mop the floors to clean hair up. I would probably rent again but would request that all is double check to be clean.

The house is beautiful and very well equipped, shuttle was amazing. The house bedding and floors had a lot of pet hair on them. Not good if you have allergies. Overall great vacation.

Awesome property!

House was great, very clean, had everything we needed. The kids loved the bunk room upstairs, and the dog had a blast since we were able to bring her along! We had snow in September - so the gas fireplace was game changer in helping warm things up and drying out wet socks. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Outstanding location and a great time

I got a little concerned about no A/C but even with a heat wave in the Southwest, the house stays very cool (weather is closer to Rico, CO than Durango). This is a great place to go and unwind and is very quite. I can see our family gatherings here every year.

Great Location for family Memorial Day

Purgatory paradise

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. I loved taking multiple daily walks with our golden retriever, Daisy. She enjoyed playing in the snow & the terrain of the neighborhood. The shuttle was very convenient for quick access to the mountain for skiing and other activities. I highly recommend this property.

Very pleasantly surprised!

My husband, in-laws, cousin, my three small children and I arrived at the house at night and were blown away at how beautiful the house is! The next morning we experienced the same feeling about its surroundings! Everything was simple, clean and convenient. This home is equipped with everything you can possibly need. We have a four-month-old and a toddler so we need many things! This house had it all and then some! The location is ideal for families even in the summer. Purgatory has plenty going on to keep everyone entertained and active and I can't even put into words the breathtaking beauty the drive to Durango offers! We can't wait to stay here again in the fall!
