“Everything was excellent especially the staff.”

“The staff were always nice and willing to help. I had an early flight and they made sure I got checked in early. The room and place was always clean and love that I was waking distant to restaurants and shopping centers”

“The room was big with a stove and refrigerator but it smelled like an unclean mop had been used on the floor. I had to spray the room down really good..”

“I didn’t stay there. They didn’t have my reservations. I waited 1 hr before they even told me they didn’t even have anymore rooms. ”

“This hotel is fully infested with cockroaches! When I saw them, I immediately checked out. The manager refused to refund the money for night I didn’t stay because I didn’t cancel 24 in advance! If I had known of the infestation I never would have booked in the first place!!”

“Breakfast is simply muffins and only muffins there was a used rag in my shower when I checked into room 226. Other than that the room was clean. But I was very disappointed by the breakfast that was only muffins and coffee.”

“Hotel was supposed to be an Extended Stay hotel yet there were NO dishes, glassware, utensils in the room. There wasn't even a hair dryer, which the Expedia site specificaly listed.”

“Checkin was a mess. I was told to take a smaller room than what i had paid for, i insisted and was then given key to a room that was already occupied (with bags and clothes everywhere) Some 20 min later i got access to an unoccupied room. Attitude of reception staff nonchalant. Later during the stay i again found reception staff members non-cooperative. The hotel is old and feels dingy. Room itself fine however. Easy access to downtown Raleigh by bus, stop just 200 metres outside.”

“Didn’t stay, picture in Expedia were deceiving. No air conditioning in the room. Property look like an abandoned building.”
