“I was incredibly surprised how good the room was for such a reasonable price. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean and new at the time of our stay. We will be staying here again for our next stay in Ballarat.”

“Always clean & tidy. Thank you for another great stay”

“We had a comfortable stay and it is an easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We received complimentary drinks that we used at a neighbouring pub and as we don’t drink they gave us Coca Cola and a hot chocolate. Staff at the Quest also gave us a large umbrella each to use as it was raining when we arrived. Comfy room and easy access and very central.”

“Fantastiskt ställe ,mycket trevlig personal. Härligt rum”

“Very pleasant stay at stylish hotel. Friendly staff. Restaurant at the hotel. Close to the railroad but it wasn't disturbing and we heard no trains during the night. Very comfy bed!”

“Very clean and staff very helpful , great position for sovereign Hill”

“TV, microwave and kettle/toaster nice. Lights for some reason had no covers on them, too bright to leave on without the covers. Ended up finding them in the cupboard, carpet was a little sticky. Room wasnt available until a little after 2. Parking was limited car park was all filled up when we arrived back to hotel no where to park. We ended up leaving at 1130 pm to go back home. Would be suitable for couples or singles only staying a little while. Didnt suit us a family.”

“Property was pet friendly relaxed👍 we stayed in a cabin But..OMgoodness filthy, everything greasy plates glasses cutlery pots had to wash it all before using. Bathroom, toilet and shower leaked walls doors and corners dirty and mouldy and rotted. Under the bunk beds mouldy Aircon filters sooo dirty clogged the heater wasn’t working properly and when opened to access filter the front broke in pieces. Lounge was so broken couldn’t sit on it. “The staff were great to deal with and able to extend our stay the day before we arrived. The location was good with easy access and safe parking The room was spacious with a comfortable clean bed and large fridge freezer. The bathroom was also spacious with a roomy shower with abundant hot water and pressure. The fittings in the bathroom were shonky with the roll holder falling off along with a towel rail, these could be easily fixed. We would stay again.”

“Good location close to Balarat center. East to park and large roms with ok bathroom”
