“Very clean and tidy in a wonderful neighborhood. Everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home. The house itself in adorable and the furnishings are very fresh and comfy. The only thing I would suggest in the future in window air conditioning units. Vermont is just getting hotter than usual. My family stayed here while visiting me and were very pleased with their stay. ”

“This house was perfect for my family as we traveled for a wedding. My two brothers and our family’s got comfortably in this wonderful home that was very close to the venue. We had easy access to all local spots and it had everything we could ask for. Very responsive hosts and all around amazing people and experience. Would recommend!!!!”

These instructions were addressed to another individual and dated 2021, which seems to be an indication of the last time the property had any attention. Arrival was fairly smooth, following the instruction sheet. The exterior of the house was somewhat worn, with sections of missing gutter, worn paint, and loose entry steps.
