“We attended a wedding and stayed in this place. The house is big and has 5 bedrooms with multiple beds which serves us well because we were 12 people. The rooms are located upstairs and basement with stairs that can be steep for older people. There were plenty of pillows and towels you can use. Location of the house was very quiet. Jenny Vu was easy to talked to and was very responsive.”

“The property owners were responsive to a request for our check out time and to an email with a concern I had. The access to food, bars, and groceries were around 10-15 minutes away by car. If I were to go back, I’d take more groceries as the small fridge was just enough for a weekend trip. I would consider the rental again. Just getting tired of the fees that practically double the two night stay. Beach access was perfect - anytime you can hear the ocean, makes for a quality stay.”

“My husband and I really enjoyed this property. The hosts are wonderful! This apartment is modern, clean, peaceful, and very close to surrounding areas in and around Boston. It had everything we needed for the weekend and would also be great for long term stay, with a dedicated work space. “The apartment was better than we expected. It’s bigger than it appears in the pictures. The view is incredible! It was very clean and lots of extra little touches. Corinne was easy to communicate with and very helpful with information. It’s a short 10 minute drive to the train station, making it ideal for getting into Boston for sightseeing.”

“What can I say? This property is above a hair salon, where I had my hair done before the family wedding I was in town to attend. And it is adjacent to an excellent pastry shop. Rick was very helpful going above and beyond to accommodate my family’s specific needs and even showed up for a small repair during our stay. He is clear and fair about arrangements and the apartment is as you see in the photos. My only suggestion would be to add some night tables in the bedroom.”

“We rented this house for my son’s wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased. The house is elegant yet cozy, anything you need for your trip is there. The sunsets out the back over the marsh were something to see. Beautiful area. Also the property owners couldn’t have been nicer. Anything we needed, they responded promptly. I plan on coming back in the summer when the weather is warmer! Thank you for your hospitality.”

“This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...
