“property was beautifully designed.lovely hot tub towels.but the lack of cleanliness throughout took away from our enjoyment of the aesthetics.upon arrival I had to clean the microwave and oven, both of which were filthy. we were asked to walk about the house without shoes, and were surprised to see how filthy our socks and feet were at that. one bathroom trash can had garbage in it when we arrived, and another bathroom trash can didn't have an insert at all, the trash just kind of falls through...

“I had a lovely stay at the cottage. My dog and I stayed here for a few nights. The location was perfect if you want to visit the wineries and the Charlottesville area. The cottage was super adorable and cozy and comfortable and clean. It was well stocked with the amenities that we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re coming to the Charlottesville area, I highly recommend renting this cozy cottage. And the host was readily available every time I had a question. I hope to stay here next time...

“The house overall was good. The upkeep could have been a lot better. There are a few boards on the floor that are coming up. There is a brick that is loose in the family room. In the hallway bathroom, the rack on the wall is broken(a screw is missing) It did feel like the house(inside and outside) was not professionally cleaned in awhile. We came across a few spider webs and spiders in a few corners of the house. We couldn't really enjoy the outside scenery because there were spider webs...
