“It’s a great location in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Nampa. It was a great getaway.”

“It's surprising to go down a dozen steps to a basement apartment and find a bright space with a nice view out to lawn, trees and creek. We enjoyed our stay in this tidy, stylish apartment for two. There is off-street parking, room to roll bikes around and down to the private patio, and places to sit outdoors in the sun or shade. Inside there are comfortable chairs with good light for reading, a tv that operates on one remote, lots of hangers in the closet,... all well done. The toilet and drain...

T-bone their dog was very sweet and loving, but always around at our doorstep. We didn't mind too much, but something to consider if you're not a dog person.”

The space is tidy and well thought out to maximize the space. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and parking was easy even though it was on the street in the downtown area. “Everything was super great! Full kitchen and living was nice! Super spacious. The one downside was no counter space in the bathroom. I just took the cutting board from the kitchen and placed it over the sink which worked for me. Other than that- great location and great apartment!!!”

“We came to Boise for a family friend’s graduation from Boise State. The location of the cottage was perfect, with quick access to the freeway and very close to downtown and the university. The property is so cute and well kept. The bathroom sink is a little small, but everything else was great. Communication with the management was easy and with quick responses. Overall a great stay!”

“The old home was very charming. My wife and I stayed for four nights and enjoyed every minute of it, despite daily rain showers. We enjoyed our coffee each morning in the little nook and planned our day. Most days, we walked all over downtown and found all sorts of fun places to spend time. It's such a clean city. The owners checked on us via message and were exceptionally welcoming. When the time comes, we will return to this home again!”

“We stayed four night. Very quiet area. Two bedrooms. Queen bed in one and two twins in the other. Bedrooms are on the second floor with one bathroom tub with a shower. Toilet in laundry room on main level. Full kitchen and dining area. Work well for the three adults in our group.”

“We totally enjoyed our stay here. It was a very nice older home. Lots of room. I would read the amenities list better next time It listed a washer but not a dryer. There was one, but did not work. Staying several days , we went to the laundromat to dry clothes. The fireplace did not work, but the house stayed warm. Thank you.”
