“TV signal was bad, could not watch anything, just got the processing circle on the screen. In bed with PJs, wanting to watch a movie. Called front desk, no answer after 20 rings. Need to staff better”

“Checked in online. Waited about 15 minutes to to get confirmation and room # The outside was clean and the inside was very clean and stocked as well. Would definitely stay again.”
