“This little tiny house is very comfortable and has everything you need. My family and I stay three nights, and would consider to stay there again. Although we never met the host, he was always on top of making sure that we had what we needed 😃”

“Wow!! We LOVED this property! The view was amazing and the thought that went into every detail of the property was apparent from the finishings to the amenities! We especially loved the host sharing fresh farm eggs, homemade jam, berries, fresh baked cookies and even a hand made dish cloth. The monocular was an added bonus as we spotted an eagle minutes after arrival! Having a Blackstone to cook on was also a huge plus. We highly recommend this property! Thank you Marlun for being a great host! ”

“She's an old gal, but she's a cutie-pattotie! Quiet neighborhood despite its looks. Does get warm in the evenings, but owner has provided fans (thank you for those). Will be booking again, if in the area.”

“Yes, this is the place to enjoy your stay around Anchorage. Close to everything without the noise. Only advice is to make sure you have a SUV or something with good clearance as roads leading to property are more rural.”

“Overall very good stay just shy of excellent. There were a couple of minor details that weren't deal breakers but were minor annoyances - master bathroom outlet didn't work, ice maker in fridge didn't work, slight odor downstairs on day one. Laundry and dishwasher all worked and there was soap and detergent there already which was very nice. Like i said though this was a very good stay and i would not hesitate to stay again.”

“The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. ”

“Great place to stay and close to the airport.”

“Well equipped charming home. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet area - slept great! Appreciate the full size mirrors in each bedroom. Owner provided us with some fresh breakfast products that were very much appreciated. Plenty of towels, games, etc. We would definitely make the choice to stay here again if we return to Alaska. ”
