“Best place we stayed in 2025. Safe, quiet neighborhood with a few police neighbors. Great sized house with a downstairs family room functioning as a fourth bedroom if needed. Thoughtful touches everywhere. Plenty of towels, soap, paper towels, dishes, etc. Just far enough from Anchorage to feel safe and separate but close enough for convenient access if desired. All around solid choice and awesome one night experience. Much appreciate the owners. Kind, understanding, and good communicators....

“The homeowners communication was stellar. Always at the right time, accommodating, helpful, and with very clear instructions. The location was absolutely perfect for me as I was attending an event at the University of Alaska Anchorage campus and it was a quick 15 minute walk there. "Old hotel but does the job. Big spacious rooms and balcony but no chairs to sit down on. Make sure to get a room high up or the traffic will be very loud. Younger staff has attitude like bored teenagers and are only there for the paycheck. Breakfast is toast, muffins and coffee and everyone has a problem with the toaster which has been around since the 18:th century. I stayed here because it’s in downtown and easy to walk to everything."
