“I stayed at a hotel which I found to be good. However, when I checked out, I added my membership. A few days later, I contacted the hotel to ask them to remove the charge for wifi. To my disappointment, they were "unable" to remove the charge. I found this to be quite unhelpful and not in line with good customer service practices.”

“In general I like this hotel and I have stayed here in the past as well. This time staying here 4 nights. Was really disappointed when checking out. I had an agreement to have a late checkout since they forgot to clean my room the day before. Came done 30 min after the time agreed and had to pay 65 us dollars for this. I am missing words to be honest. My last stay at this hotel. Service level :(....”

“Old hotel, typical American style. Needs renovation, the whole hotel was old and worn. Most of the already poorly equipped gym was unserviceable. It is ok for one night, but not more. Breakfast was not good, but sufficient to get something at least (except the coffee, way too weak, like tea and it was to be honest undrinkable). ”

“Old hotel that smells so bad of old carpet and air conditions that haven’t been served. After the day on office I’m coming back to an unclean hotel .. they told we there is a rule that they only clean if you are staying more than 3 days… I told them upon my arrival they should clean… never again and a shame that this is a part of Marriott ”
