“The house is amazing. The view is beautiful. We spent most of our time relaxing, but there are plenty of things to do. The playroom was such an amazing plus and the game room is really nice. The bedrooms are great. We found the Palmetto State Trail and had a nice hike. The house is close enough to the beautiful town of Hendersonville. We took a day trip to Biltmore. The town of Saluda is a great little mountain town to spend some time in. Highly recommend Greenriver BBQ.”

The house had obviously been freshly deep-cleaned when we arrived and was very comfortable for us. “We loved the space, the downstairs bunk area, the location and the beautiful lake!!! We spent time canoeing, kayaking and fishing! Fenced-in yard was great for our dogs and children. Smores were special around the firepit. We enjoyed every aspect of it! Looking forward to visiting again!”

“We had a family vacation with 8 of us and had plenty of room with ample bathrooms. The rooms were all nice size and the property had good views. The outdoor porches and deck were very nice. The rec room in the finished basement was a great place to hang out when we not on the water. the complex was well maintained and the walking path by the water was very enjoyable. The dock was very convenient and a definite plus. I would recommend this property.”

“House was decent but there were several items than needed repaired. Coffee table in living room. Microwave handle. Several lights not working. Couch in den was stained all over. Master shower curtain was about 1 ft off the ground leaving an open area and water got in the floor. Outside back porch and garage area had leaves and debris that kept getting tracked in. We had to sweep several times a day. Mailbox was broken so we had a hard time finding the house when we arrived.”

“Great location to Baseball/softball fields and very little traffic on that side of town. The listing had hot tub on the amenities but there is not one. It definitely has the feel of a rental and not someone’s weekend home. Very Clean! Lots of usable space. Overall it was a great place.”

“The whole stay was wonderful. Nate & Jessica went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The tiny house was the perfect size for two adults, but we plan to bring our kids in the future. We should have booked more days to really enjoy the surroundings more! The grounds were well kept & not too noisy, considering neighbors are all pretty close. You can maintain privacy pretty easily!
