“We showed up late in the evening after a major storm and a huge power outage for Austin (35k customers without power). Cell coverage was spotty and access to the internet was almost non existent so we couldn't access our check in process. One short phone call later we had the owner of the property checking in on us numerous times that same night and again the next morning. The property was in a great location with a very family friendly restaurant within feet of our front door, La Plancha. ...

“The bed was comfortable and the place felt safe and clean. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and I couldn't wash my hair thoroughly. I wish the blinds were blackout curtains. I'd recommend ear plugs and an eyemask if you're a light sleeper. I wish there was good coffee provided since Austin is such a great town for coffee. There is a good coffee shop around the corner though. ”

“Place was nice and clean. Check in was simple and host was easy to get ahold of. My only complaint is the loud stomping from the unit above late at night. Very difficult to get sleep when someone is stomping back and forth. I'm curious what they were doing up there. ”
