Central air and ceiling fans kept the humidity at bay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt almost empty. It's obviously a lower income area that is gentrifying. A walk up to Caesar Chavez Blvd gives you restaurant options but also condemned buildings and overgrown lots. It's a quick walk to the bike/hike trail along the river, but you are not...
