âWe were in the area for an event at Belleayre Mountain. The location was extremely convenient. Our stay was very comfortable and our hostess, Tanya, was friendly and welcoming. Her breakfasts each day were freshly prepared and delicious. We would definitely return to this property in the future.â
âone bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.â
âI was on a motorcycle trip ... I got there mid morning ... hours ahead of check in time. I was saturated from traveling on motorcycle through mountain areas in a very heavy storm. The manager moved me to a different room to let me go in early and get out of the rain, which was very much appreciated.â
âBrendan was very friend. We had a very relaxing stay. We felt like we had the place to ourselves, it was so quiet. Bed was very comfortable so slept very well. Bath was nicely remodeled. It was the perfect location for us to attend a local wedding.â
âIf you're staying in the area, stay here instead of the Walton Motel (20 minutes down the road. It is much cleaner and the staff is much more professional.â

âOther than the bathroom sink being smaller than I would like, this is a great spot. Sonya and Brittany were extremely welcoming and the Town of Roscoe is adorable. Also make a reservation at the Farmhouse Italian, it is outstanding and very reasonable.

âThe property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap.
We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night.
Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street.â
