“The airport shuttle is the best part of this hotel. The staff was friendly enough and the lobby area was clean and updated but the room was not. The bathroom needed attention and the refrigerator was smaller than any I have seen in a hotel. There is no restaurant to order from. The person in the bar/lounge said it was too hot to cook and the food is not very good. Plan to order out or bring something with you. Would only stay again if I needed the airport shuttle!”

“Glad I was able to book so quick since the Fitz casino and hotel didn’t advertise 21 and older to stay on their Expedia listing and I had to find a place on short notice while still getting a reasonable price and close to the area. The only downsides were that the location was not easy to find and the GPS did a weird thing and changed the address I was searching for. Even door dashers struggled to find the front lobby to drop off food. Also there was an event going on in the ballroom and I...

“Very Clean.! The rooms were very nice!”

“The room was spacious and slept three very comfortably. The breakfast was delicious and offered all the selections we love! We couldn’t figure out how to get on wifi, but we didn’t ask either. Staff at check in were very polite and knowledgeable. At check out, the breakfast staff answered our questions and were very sweet to us.”

“I was surprised by the dinner included with the room! It was very good. A pasta with sliced grilled chicken and salad. There was a tomato sauce on the side. They also had hot dogs and chips with nacho cheese. The breakfast in the morning was also good with spiced potatoes, sausage and scrambled eggs. And the usual waffles and cereals. The staff was wonderful and my room was spotless. I will stay here again.”
