âStaff entered my room while my belongings were still inside, removed my items, placed them into bags, and gave the room away. I had spoken with the front desk earlier that morning, and after a long workday I came back to find my room no longer available and my belongings handled by staff.
This was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. A hotel should not remove a guestâs personal property and give away the room without properly resolving the situation first. I would not stay here again.â

âNice, big hotel. Comfortable bed.
Some people have written in the reviews that the hotel is in a bad area. It is not. The area is filled with new business.
Hotel has totally self check-in witch can be frustrating. However, they have easy communication by their service team by WhatsApp. It might take some time to get some things done but they solved my problems. The elevators didn't all work which could cause some waiting. â

âThe property was well kept and clean. All of the staff were pleasant from the front desk to the room cleaners.
The room was perfect and I loved having a mini fridge and microwave.
We would recommend to anyone for work or pleasure. â
