“We are a family couple from chennai booked hotel at last minute. We have experience lot of hotel in pondicherry but want to experince a new hotel so first tkme booked with expedia and got offers too. Its inside pondicherry but from the main city 7km and close to paradise beach and pondy ocean park. “The hotel had no record of any booking made thru hotel.com, did get a room but what would have happened if fully booked. Clean and comfortable room. Dirty pool. Beach closed for swimming, large signs with "Prohibited ...." ?? Arrogant restaurang personel”

“Nice and helpful staff, nice pool but not so good location with all the trafic and a lot of sounds all the time. Atm close by. We stayed for two weeks and the service didn't keep up the same standard during the entire stay but was depending on who was working. We had a 1,5 year old kid with us and it's not a good hotel for that young kids since there isn't that much they can do. Housekeeping was great most of the days but was also depending on the staff.”
