“Never got to check in. They booked over our expedia book now pay at property and tried to charge us 5x the price in person. Awful rude staff. No manager around ever seemingly?”

“Soap very small, keys had to be reset, no breakfast and bar was closed”

“We came here after booking a hotel that we didn’t feel comfortable staying at. This hotel made us feel very comfortable.front desk was nice. The breakfast was excellent and the area had lots of convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Felt very comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot and we had a great experience. Staying here made us want to visit Columbus and stay here again!”

“Wonderful stay! The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at any hotel. The staff were all very friendly. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Looked like it had been recently remodeled and very nice and modern. Nothing fancy but clean and quiet and reasonable! And a Starbucks and McDonald's across the street.”
