“I checked in and went to the room and found a light fixture hanging off the wall, room smelled like cigarette smoke, towels in the bathroom were either dirty or stained, dirt on the floor, was afraid to check the bed. Went to the office and said I didn't want to stay and cancel my reservation. Was assured by office staff that they would ok a credit upon talking to Expedia. That did not happen, Expedia could not get ahold of them to check on credit, so I was charged the whole amount. Horrible...
