âThe place itself was comfortable and cozy. Warm enough, and the temp controls worked well when needed. Keurig coffee maker and so-so shower ( I like more pressure from the showerhead, but that's me ) Enough dishes and supplies although sugar for the coffee would have been appreciated. The problem is the LOCATION. As others have said, there IS ONLY street parking, 1st come 1st served. SO that means you can park free from 8pm to 8am, IF you can fin a spot. âEasily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!â

âSimply the cutest! The host left me a personalized note. The place was cozy, comfy and everything one could need. I even had a lovely salmon dinner right across the street at Hill Diner. Will definitely being staying here on my next Richmond trip! Oh, and excellent linens, the towels were heavy and soft, so were the wash cloths. Bed was also perfectly comfortable.â

âThere were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed.â
