A big hug to the fantastic staff that did us the great service and sent us our sons Nintendo-game that he had left in the safe in the room!. “I booked the hotel stating explicitly that we needed a room for 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids, 14, 17 and 17. When we came to the hotel they charged us $10 extra for a fold out bed, as it was obvious that you can't fit 3 kids in a queen size bed. This was not what we expected. I did not expect this from either Hotels.com nor the hote.”
