Elegant modernt hem beläget på byns kant i ett skogsområde 3. 5 miles från East Hampton Main beach och 1. 7 miles till Egypt Beach. Mycket bekvämt läge för alla restauranger och butiker. Mycket glad hem. Ljus och bekväm och utmärkt att cykla, gå eller springa på en lugn gata.
Allt du kan behöva är på plats så bara packa lätt och ha en trevlig tid. Sitt under lusthuset och du känner dig direkt avslappnad omgiven av en vacker grön trädgård. Nära till alla attraktioner, Sag Harbor, Amagansett, Bridgehampton och om du gillar att springa eller cykla - det här är det perfekta läget. Det finns en TV i varje rum, också mest underbara, enorma och slutna lindning runt trädäck samt grill.

beautiful Hamptons property

me and my family had an absolutely incredible 10 day stayed at this beautiful property in the Hamptons. The outdoor space was a dream. great pool, beautiful landscaped garden and plenty of room for lounging. Peaceful and private ...the perfect place to unwind.

Unfriendly Owner and House in Poor Condition

I typically don’t leave poor reviews, but feel compelled to do so here…When we got to the house, we were excited by its cute appearance and the charm of the surrounding neighborhood… However, the second we opened the door we were immediately hit in the face by the smell of musk.The accessories and adornments were also in incredibly poor condition. Sliding doors were off their tracks in one guest bedroom, the curtain rod was loose and appeared to dislodge from the wall from just opening them, and an old door handle broke from daily use just to go into the backyard. The screen doors have been hastily patched up from holes over the years and the age of the house generally showed through creaky floors, and a general lack of care that has likely worn the house out in other ways over the years.Perhaps most importantly, the owner was also unfriendly and immediately started snapping pictures of all the old and overused aspects of the home, blaming us for their appearance and telling us things were broken (such as the sliding doors and curtains) which were literally that way when we arrived. She even tried to blame us for the TV not working, despite the fact we never even turned it on…We will not be going back, and wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s your very last option and you’re willing to deal with a difficult owner.

The property was charming, clean and cozy. The grounds were well kept and everything worked well, except for the pool situation. The owner sent a text the day of our arrival asking for more money for propane to heat the pool -- which wasn't included in the property description. We rented the house because it advertised a heated pool. When we arrived the pool was a bit of a mess, and we had to wait a full day before it heated up - 1/2 our weekend, so it was a lot of effort for little return. Also, wifi (also advertised as an amenity) never worked. Otherwise it's a good location and house is perfect size for family of 4.

Good value. Good location. Good stay.

We stayed for four nights over Labor Day Weekend 2022. The house was clean upon arrival and the house was a good size for a group of five adults. The two main bedrooms are great for couples. The third bedroom is probably good for kids but a little small for more adults (although with one adult, it worked out well since that person could use the second twin bed as a makeshift clothing shelf). The yard is amazing and we spent tons of time in the pool, on the pool deck, and on the main wooden deck itself. The location is good for those with or without a car (since Uber/Lyft can easily find the house). One thing I wish we had was a house binder with information in one place instead of piecemeal through emails and texting so that those that have multiple adults (whether couples or singles) can see the information in one place, including check-out procedures. We missed a couple of things upon checkout and that cost us a bit but I think that had everyone had access to the information centrally and on property, this could have been avoided. We would recommend staying here and I would probably stay here again (but I'd be more mindful of what we need to complete upon departure).

Amazing stay and property!

This house has everything that you need, it’s comfortable and leaves nothing to be desired. The outdoor space (huge pool, patio and yard) make it a perfect place to relax and have fun activities with your family. The kitchen was stocked with necessities as well as the bathrooms. My family had a blast! The property owner was extremely responsive to any question I may have had. The house was spotless and stocked with cleaning supplies for us to keep it that way. We will be returning!

NICE HOUSE WITH INCREDIBLE POOL AND OUTDOOR SPACE

This house is a great rental as it's comfortable and extremely well stocked with necessities and more. Even better than the house are the pool, deck, and yard. They are as beautiful as they look in the photos. Some in our family never even went to the beach because the pool was fantastic. The process of renting this property was smooth and easy. Dorothy was very responsive to our questions when we were deciding on this rental, and we didn't need to contact her again because everything at the house was in order while we were there. We would definitely rent this house again. Actually, we'd love to own this house. :)

A memorable summer experience

Late June we woke up to the fact that with our usual summer travel curtailed we are about to loose the sense that there was a summer. Searching on VRBO we found that this house became available for the summer's last two weeks and we took it. No regrets! We had a fantastic time together. The deck / pool / lawn design is just perfectly harmonious. The owner was responsive to all our needs. We are still basking in memories.

Great East Hampton Home

Home was just as advertised and the photos are accurate. Easy walk/bike to town. Secluded and quiet neighborhood. Pool is outstanding. Back deck great for cooking and dinner. If too hot, the AC in home is quiet and efficient. Kitchen is ready to go. Well located for Sag Harbor, Montauk and East Hampton access.

The setting of this home is beautiful.

Everything in the home was as described and we had a lovely couple of days. We especially loved the yard and the pool. The deck was lovely also. We spent very little time in the living area but it seemed comfortable. The “master bedroom” bed made very loud rickety noises whenever one got settled into the bed. It was reasonably comfortable once I was asleep. The location is plenty close to the town of East Hampton and about 15 min to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful time!
