“Gilbert is an amazing host! I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Middletown.”

“We had a very comfortable stay at this property. The host was very responsive, the house had all we needed including good wifi and a desk so we could continue to work remotely. The area is quiet and we enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood. We hope to be back soon!”

“We had a great stay in this house. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. All the rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment. The host was exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had, which made our experience even better. “This property is a great space to share for a getaway! The details listed were exactly what you find when you step through the door. Everyone in our party highly rated the spaciousness, furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, and beds/pillows. Our host, Adam, was great throughout the process, including the day we arrived – he was available and responded quickly when we had a question. He is a 5-star host! The only thing we struggled with was figuring out how to get to the boat launch/beach. We tried...

“Wonderful property and host!! Impeccably clean house and Chad was incredibly responsive and helpful!”

“We had a wonderful stay here over the July 4th weekend and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, and being just four miles from our daughter’s house made the location absolutely perfect for our family visit. The home itself is beautifully maintained and has been tastefully renovated. We especially loved the updated kitchen and bathroom, and the refinished hardwood floors add so much character and charm. Most impressive of all, the house was...

“Very clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend.”

“House was lovely and very comfortable. The ammenities in house were plentiful and up to date. We were able to make dinner and find all that we needed to do so and we we able to relax comfortably and sleep well. Host was easy to reach and responsive. House was roomier and nicer than it appeared in the photos”

“Place is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to all the area activities.”

“This apartment was wonderful - clean, well stocked, and cute. Aside from the proximity to the train tracks (although earplugs were thoughtfully provided), the location was great - close to the highway and more importantly Dairy Queen.”

“Great location and well equipped. We will be back”

“Excellent on all points!”

“Cute, quiet little property, very clean! Lots of thought put into the amenities offered. Great communication w/host. Enjoyed my stay very much, thank you!”

“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The host was terrible to work with. What was suppose to be a 4 night stay turned into a one night stay. They misrepresented the property which Expedia did confirm. The Expedia representative told me that the host was being difficult with them as well, claiming that they could not understand them. The host still charged us the full $250 cleaning fee for the one night stay. Multiple light bulbs in the house were not working, paint removed from walls, loose railing on...

“Really love this place. Excellent kitchen and back porch!”
