âi enjoyed how spacious the room was. i also enjoyed the breakfast, didnt get to use the restaurant but people were. staff were courteous and helpful. the evening reception left a little to be desired. couldve been better compared to other brands. no stores close enough to walk to but you can go to the next exit and get some stuffâ
âProblem: the room smelled like a sewer. The fridge had a noisy fan(!). Never ever seen that before! Had to use earplugs...
Good: really nice kitchen, a big table for eating and hanging out, an extra bed built in the sofa, a business area with offices makes for a quiet neighbourhood.â
âProperty in excellent condition, staff very helpful and friendly. Bed a bit too soft, could not sleep very well, breakfasts were excellent. Fire alarm went off 3 times one night, very disturbing and could not sleet at all that night. â

"A wonderful hotel in the absolute best location in Manhattan. Our room had a private terrace, which made the experience even more special. The Ă la carte breakfast was outstanding â beautifully presented and truly delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return."
"Nice hotel in a good area with walking distance from a lot of things. Close to subway. A lot of shopping possibilities nearby and the Italian restaurant in the same building was great and is also serving as breakfast restaurant. However - note the dinner is way better than the breakfast. Breakfast ok as American standard though. Only problem was the elevators. Only 3 of them in a 43 floor building. Once we waited 35 minutes before we were able to get an elevator that was not already full. Lived on 42nd floor, so the stairs was not really an option. "

"Hotel is conveniently located in West Village in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close to Meatpacking and the start of High Line Park.
The hotel is currently (Dec 2024) undergoing renovations. Shared bathrooms and showers. There was a weird smell in the hallways. Room was tiny (5 sq m / 50 sq ft), bed was uncomfortable. You can hear someone watching TV several rooms away as the doors are old and donât insulate against sound.
I hope the hotel will feel nicer once renovated. Right now itâs not worth $200 per night. "
