“We had an excellent stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, very well equipped. Air-condition was powerful and window did isolate road noise. The location is supersede ( near famous King David Hotel). Only the matrasses of children bed were a bit hard”

I stayed here with my daughter for a week while visiting her. The staff was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back to Israel and I would definitely stay there again ”

“The Even Israel apartments have an excellent location if you want easy access to town and the Old City. The apartments are new and beautifully furnished. Benjamin’s service was excellent. Cleaning fee is additional to daily rate. Access to the apartments with lots of luggage requires a bit of negotiation. ”

“No air conditioning despite they said it was working, internet did not work either despite user and passwords were provided and the worst cold water they told me how to turn it on but I did it for two hours and zero hot water came out of the faucet those are just facts and I am usually pacient but this just over pass me ”

“Only 10 minutes walk from Jaffa Gate in the old town in Jerusalem, Hillel 11 was a good option with great service and attitude from staff. Single room with TV, sink, mirror in room, bathroom with shower (but no sink). A/C in room. Wifi worked well. Many restaurants available nearby. Inquiries about extensions and excurions were handled quickly by helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again and recommend!”

“Amazing place for families. Pastoral property with big apartments and green areas. The pool is really good for both children and adults. Breakfast is rich and served to the room, it was really nice to eat it as picnic. The people in reservation desk are nice but service has limited open hours ”

“Really cool and calm place”

“The bathroom does not have a real door so there is no privacy. Someone tried to open our door during the night and we were not sure who it was. When you enter the building, everyone is staring at you and it feels uncomfortable. The TV did not work. ”

“The property has an apartment and the individuals rent it as if it is part of the hotel. It doesn't have the same service as the hotel rooms. The listing is wrong and I will have to pay extra to get a clean room operated by the hotel. I don't recommend renting the apartment onwed by an individuals.”

“They didn’t have our reservation made with Expedia, they didn’t want to give us our reservation, while they knew they are having issues with their bookings on Expedia.”
