“Room was clean and the staff was very nice. No issues while we were staying there. We aren't casino people, but came for a volleyball tournament. We were pleasantly surprised at how well we slept. The rooms were really quiet, allowing for a decent night sleep after a long day. ”

“It is run down, very smoky (even in non-smoking rooms) and overall just an old hotel. We had a ridiculously bad experience with the check in for the party who we were traveling with and we were woken up several times at very late hours unnecessarily due to staff incompetence who gave them the key to our room and then called security. Not a great experience overall. ”

“The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening.”
