“For our 1st trip to Lincoln the Duke William Hotel was perfect for location - we struggled with parking but in the end we got one, probably due to it being lunchtime on Fathers Day & a live concert in town. We had early check-in & only had to wait for 10/15 minutes whereby we were provided with a coffee. Room was great, very clean & comfortable, perfect for a night, fab bathroom space. We had a drink in the bar & my partner said that the homemade Martini Espresso was very nice & shes very fussy...

“It is very convenient for the M1 and easy to find and park. The hotel staff were great but I was ignored by a member of the bar staff once. Great for a one night stay and low cost.”

“Just needed a place to stay on our way to London and ended up in Melbourne. The room we got at Harpur's was in excelent condition. Clean, Good standardA little noice from the street outside but that didn't bother us. Very good service. Had a excelent dinner at their restaurant and a couple of beers. We had 2 weeks of touring around britain, and Harpur's was one of the better places we stayed in. Very good value. Doesn't hurt that Melbourne was a very nice town/village that we never heard of...

“Good value for money. Clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was basic but fine - we actually walked to the Wetherspoons just up the road. The hotel was nice and quiet and had a large kitchen, which we didn't need to use. En suite was good. We didn't have any of the issues mentioned by others - there was tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc in the room plus spares in the kitchen. Entry codes were sent well before arrival.”

“A really lovely complex, surprisingly quiet considering its a uni campus. Nice room, clean, self contained, (downside,no.tv.) and only 1 pillow, for me it was flat so had to try to double it up. Otherwise,ill happily stay again.”

“Great communication from the host on the day with clear instructions on how to enter the property. The accommodation itself was immaculate, very comfortable and spacious. All the amenities you could need which was ideal. Struggled to get onto the free WiFi provided and signal not great in the area so would suggest to book taxis in advance if needed. 100% recommend though and will definitely book again. ”
