We enjoyed riding our bikes along the bike path right outside the front door. Plenty to do up and down the river: museums, shops, restaurants, and outdoor recreation. Most places are within a 30-minute drive or less.”

“This place is a cute studio apartment located right downtown, along the river. It’s right across the street from the Freight House which offers the awesome indoor farmers market on weekends. There is a nice walking path along the river. There’s the awesome baseball stadium across the street with minor league games and is home to St Ambrose baseball. “This is a really fun location! My boyfriend and I were in town for a couple nights and this was a great place for us. I loved the views of the Mississippi. We hung out and enjoyed the penthouse, played games, watched a movie, had a zoom meeting, made dinner… I was concerned about parking based on reviews I read, but there are 4 spots for the building off the alley and we didn’t have a problem getting a spot any of the times we left and returned. “Celebrated 50 years married with family here. Spacious accommodations, nice scenery, fun game room. A place for everyone to sleep, nice and ample dining areas, plenty of room in the kitchen. Kitchen was missing some everyday items like pot holders and a colander. Went and purchased what we needed and added to inventory. Such a minor negative for all the great times we had in this house. Family time is the best time. Thanks.”
