“The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed. “We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time at the property but definitely not the last. Everything was excellent from the short walk to the beach to the attached garage which allowed a place for the kids to play. The entire back yard is fenced in so there is plenty of room for the kids to roam and play as well. If I had to find a negative point it would be the temperature of the home itself. “Communication was very easy and incredibly fast. Property is updated and very clean. Walk to beach is convenient and close by. House provided everything we needed - we made a couple meals from scratch and had all the kitchen accessories needed- including sharp knives! We brought our three teens and some of their freinds- property gave lots of room for us to all spread out. Definitely recommend! ”

"Hotellets receptionist var välkomnande och informativ. Det fanns gratisparkering men ca 200 meter därifrån obs den var markerad endast för hotellets gäster. Vid incheckning får man parkeringsbiljett, frukost biljett (dricks tillkommer) samt Martinibiljett. Mycket folk och rörelse på hotellet men det var trevligt. Rummet var lagom stort men svårt att ta sig förbi mellan säng och vägg.Svårt att hitta kontakter att kunna ladda sin mobiltelefon. Vi var ändå nöjda med vår vistelse. Hotellet hade sin speciella charm därför vi valde det. "
