“A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. ”

“booked a room with a jacuzzi. i was really looking forward to it but it was leaking when i tried to use it. I was asked to turn it off and maintenance would get to it the next day. maintenance never got to fixing it during my stay and I didnt get to use what i payed for”

When we got there we were told that we would need to pay a security deposit AND THE ROOM WE BOOKED WAS NON REFUNDABLE. NOT INFORMING OF A SECURITY DEPOSIT ON ANY OF THE WEBSITES AND THEN PEOPLE NOT BEING ABLE TO GET REFUNDS IF THEY DONT WANT TO STAY IS DECEITFUL AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. BUT WAIT...THERE'S MORE!
