âWe were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. The breakfast was gourmet! Homemade waffles, bacon, a poached pear, arugula salad with kiwi and blueberries and homemade cinnamon scones with lemon curd and clotted cream! Decadent to say the least. âLovely setting and history of the inn and golf course was interesting . Really came to golf and was not disappointed. Course was very well maintained and fun to play. Staff couldnât have been nicer. Enjoyed the jazz on Tuesday outside and the brewery pizza was yummy. Our meal at the Innâs restaurant was fabulous! I had trout and it was perfect. Calimari was best I ever had. New chef is very inventive.
Only negative is there were ants in our room and the place needs a bit of paint here...
