“Everything at the apartment was just as described. It's on the second floor of the building with another apartment on the first floor. This is a very common configuration in the neighborhood. It was possible to hear a bit of sound from downstairs, but nothing disturbing. They had a nice dog bed and a couple covers for our Frankie. The cottage was clean, quaint, cozy, and comfortable, and the beautiful sunsets over the lake were definitely a highlight!A few minor things to note: the kayaks could use some upkeep, as they had standing water in them and we couldn’t locate life jackets. Also - I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke and did notice a lingering odor, particularly from the couch.
