The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating. “We were never able to get into the property! Called, texted and emailed the host multiple times and she never responded. We drove 3 hours and were stranded with no place to stay. ”
