“The staff was AWESOME. The owner NOT at all. She was totally inflexible with our need to cancel or change the reservation ONE WEEK before the stay. We had court orders to take in a child that was being abused which we gladly did but it made it so we couldn’t fit everyone in the yurt that was reserved back in March way before all this happened. “The property itself was great, we loved the tent and the chairs, and the ability to relax, the private bathroom was amazing, the only challenge was when we showed up there was a sprinkler, running right in front of our tent and it took about 30 minutes for somebody to show up only to ask us why we were there and if we were lost lol. After they got the sprinkler out of the way everything else was perfect.”
