“Great location. Plenty of room for the family. Unfortunately the bottom shower had mildew in it all along the bottom and shower curtain that we cleaned before using, bottom bathroom door hinge is broken,most of the sliding doors did not lock properly, and carpet is in need of replacement. With three levels of living space, no vacuum- only one old broom. No outside hose to clean off with before entering the property.”

“The host is very kind, helpful and responsive The bungalow is very clean and has what you need in the kitchen. The primary bedroom bed is a full size. The bathroom is very small, clean and new. Overall, it was on the smaller side with our three guests and 2 dogs. There is room for dogs to run around in the huge yard. It is a cozy place to return to after a day.at Assateague, which is a 10 min drive. Berlin is a 6 minute drive, and is an adorable, quirky, quaint town with fantastic food and shops...

“We had a great time. Children and their parents spent a lot of time in the surprisingly large pool. Some adults chose the hot tub and the most active members of our group were paddleboarding and kayaking in the river. Severl people went hiking at Blackwater, and a few of us just sat on the screened in porch.”
