“Everything was great except the water pressure. Our room was on the 3rd floor and I didn't wash my hair over the 2 night stay due to fear that the water pressure wouldn't be sufficient to remove shampoo/conditioner. The water pressure out of the bathroom sink was stronger.”

“Overwhelming smell when you get into the room. There is a bed dent, toothpaste on the mirror, and no coffee in the room. It was a basic room where improvements could be made to make the stay more comfortable. Would not stay there again.”

“The hotel itself was good clean, comfortable, fully functional, and it even had a kitchenette. The front desk staff was very patient and helpful during check-in.
Unfortunately, there was an issue with my Expedia reservation. I learned that Expedia uses what is called a "virtual credit card" for reservations. In the hotel's system, they were seeing Expedia's virtual card rather than my personal credit card.
Although I had already paid and had a confirmation, the hotel couldn't check me in...
