“Such a perfect location between Smoke hole caverns and Seneca Rocks! Walking distance to the famous Triangle Rock! Very spacious house. We LOVED having coffee and conversation in the breezeway. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable! We even got to meet our host, and he was most accommodating! Will stay here again! Book with confidence!”

“Everything went super smoothly. Nancy is an excellent communicator. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the main strip and that walk is through a beautiful neighborhood with friendly folks all around. 10/10 would stay again. ”

“We had a wonderful week staying here, the place was clean, quiet, and had plenty of amenities. The fire pit was a staple in our stay, we used it a few times and had a blast. This place had everything we could've needed. If I had to critique anything, it would be the weird way the kitchen door/main side entrance functioned.
