“Checked in at 4:00pm and dropped our stuff off in the room. Went to the Orioles game and when we came back our keys wouldn’t work to get in the room. Went to the front desk and was told they moved us to another room. No one contacted me and our stuff was in the original room. They rechecked us in to the original room (after arguing that OUR STUFF WAS IN THE ROOM) and our keys still didn’t work. Went back down to the desk and the gentleman tried to active our keys.
