âWe loved that the hotel was right on the riverfront walkway. Our check in was very friendly and we enjoyed walking the trail to The Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner. Nice bar and breakfast at the lounge was also good.â
âBooked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation.
Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didnât have time to use...
âThe hotel is mainly run by students attending Portland State. The housekeeping was quick and responsive and although the hotel suite itself felt it needed a carpet deep cleaning, it was overall a nice stay.â
âHotel room was beautiful and staff were super kind. Really enjoyed for our stay in Portland. Only note: there is a shelter across the street, which leads to some mentally unstable folks sitting outside while they are waiting for beds and such and they can get loud. Lobby locks after 10 or 11 and none of them seemed actually threatening, so safety not really a concern, but just be prepared for the surrounding area and noise, the windows donât block a lot of noise.â

Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess itâs because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we wonât be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isnât cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
