âBooked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation.
Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didnât have time to use...

âThe hotel was clean, with a large suite to accommodate a family with 5 kids very comfortably. We have a view of the river and some city life which was nice to wake up to. The breakfast included was also well displayed and had a good variety. Will return to this place if looking in Portland. Staff was friendly and parking garage at hotel felt very safe to leave car in over night, worth the price. Cheaper than the local parking garages. â
âI stayed one night, both of the receptionists were very friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately i don't remember their names. /Guy that asked for travel advice.â
âWe loved the experience. The staff was great and very helpful including Raith Arroyo who had great suggestions about places to visit and the best way to get to them.â
âWonderful location on Division near great eating and fun shops. Walking distance to Hawthorne atop! Like a classic âbed and breakfast.â bonus for long stays: free washer and dryer! Friendly staff, comfy rooms (tho we were in the basement, not the best view).â

Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess itâs because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we wonât be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isnât cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
