“Excellent property, incredible views, nice decks to relax on, and just a beautiful surrounding! We had everything we needed! Close to Quoddy Head, lots of hiking, we even drove out to the sand bar at low tide to watch people clamming! Bed was so comfortable, overall 5 stars and we would rent again! “Beautiful cottage that had everything we needed. Very clean and only minutes from downtown. The only feedback I have is the use of the laundry detergent. Tide has a very strong scent that is not pleasing to many people. The use of a scent free detergent would create a neutral but clean appearance on the towels and bedding. ”

“We spent three nights at Cozy Capen Cottage and it was such a pleasure! This little house is conveniently located close to downtown—a 3-minute drive or, perhaps, a 10-minute walk. The cottage was absolutely immaculate. All supplies are provided, with an abundance of soft towels and washcloths in the bathroom; a Keurig coffeemaker, KitchenAid mixer, blender, and all the knives and kitchen utensils one could possibly hope for in the kitchen; and lucious, white 100% cotton sheets and pillowcases...
