“Property was misrepresented. Was supposed to be 2 bedroom 2 bath handicapped accessible with ramp. They assigned us a one room 2 bed no ramp not handicapped accessible. We called after arrival then the host did not respond to 2 phone calls and a text message. When they finally got back to us they said they were sorry they assigned the wrong cabin to us. I asked for full refund called VRBO and asked for help with this. Now Verbo wants us to fight for our refund instead of just taking care of it.”

“I found this place to celebrate my birthday, and it has been the best experience, a wonderful river view. The cabin is perfect for couples, the jacuzzi works great and the fireplace is a spectacular complement. You can easily find wood for the campfire. We're definitely going back to that same cabin. ”

“We specifically were looking for a place with a kitchen so we could cook. This has a kitchen, but it was almost non-functional. No knives, no hot mitts, no cutting board, nothing to bake with. We improvised,but then the oven got stuck on 500 degrees/broil and wouldn't turn off. No one was on site that evening, and it took about 2 hours until our messages and phone calls were noticed. “Stellar property at that price point. Only things lacking were pots and pans to cook (we donated a set upon leaving), and furniture. A couch or two would be appropriate. Very nice kitchen, shame it was limited in use.”
