Great big house great location with awesome views of twofold bay short drive to restaurants and a great pub feed Property Manager Lisa was great and responsive Will be back

Great house

The house and location are lovely. Neighbour is difficult and seems to make a full time job of watching out and pouncing for the smallest thing. Tricky when the driveway is shared.

Error at my end with booking dates

We didn't actually stay at the property due to an error I made with the booking dates. We would have loved to stay here on the actual dates we wanted to travel however according to Lisa there was no availability, despite Stayz showing the dates as available

Property Manager rude. House next to a building site. Woken 7am by angle grinder noise and cranes.

The property would have been fine but the property manager neglected to tell us that there was a building site next door. We were awoken at 7am by very loud building noises. The builders had told the agents about this weeks in advance but the property manager chose not to tell us. She was SO rude when we rang to speak to her. They moved us to another property which they claimed was an upgrade but it was dirty and the air conditioning didn't work. We couldn't use the pool because it was full of leaves and one of the bedroom doors had a fault with the handle meaning when we closed it we couldn't get back in there. Eden Holiday Rentals were a shambolic, amateur outfit that don't care about their guests.

Great views in quiet location.

Everything was great except we had no TV or FOXTEL due to an antenna problem. Had it looked at by receptionist but nothing else was done about it. That’s all nothing major.
