“Upon arriving the staff was very helpful and were even more considerate to change my mom and nieces room to a double with no issues. They were courteous and we had no trouble with staff. Even had a tasty breakfast. The only issues we had were in the room the air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet and the door didnt seem like it closed all the way. We had to tug it to close it fully. The carpet could be the reason the room smelled a bit and there were orange stains under the nightstand on...

“Check in was easy and the employees were kind. There was an issue with the first room I received, but it was addressed promptly. The room was clean and it was quiet considering there were large humidifiers running 24/7 in the hallways. The building needs some repairs and I was disappointed with the hot water temperature; it was lukewarm with the notch turned to the highest heating setting. The breakfast was muffins, yogurt, cereal, fruit, waffles, and Juice/coffee.”

“Good pool which was outside. Room spacious not serviced every day. Air conditioning very good. Good beds, frig and microwave. Fairly clean room. A lot of smaller insects flying about that would get into drinks during breakfast. Breakfast was ok with hot items, waffles and typical coffee, milk and juice to drink. Cereal, oat meal, grits all from packets. Bananas and apples, yogart. I noticed several apples were turning bad in bowl. The front desk staff were really good and very helpful! ...

“Everyone was very nice at the hotel but in particular the sweet lady at the continental breakfast was super super nice, just went Farr and beyond her duties, my wife and I were very impressed by her, definitely recommend this hotel to anyone”
