    Enjoy this centrally located half duplex in the heart of Edmonton.

    The Space:
    Spacious and modern half duplex about 1500 sq ft. 3 bedrooms upstairs with upstairs laundry and 2 full baths. Main floor has a open concept floor plan with a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
    This is a completely separate suite from the basement with no shared spaces.
    The double garage is located at the back of the home.

    Guest Access:
    Guest will be provided a door code 2 days prior to their arrival.

    It is the responsibility of the guest to read all information posted within this listing. Booking means you understand and accept the conditions of staying in this home

    Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.

    - You will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay

    BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

    * Smoking / vaping in the home = $300
    * Unapproved pets= $300
    * Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100
    * Late checkout = $100/hr
    * Additional cleaning = $50/hr
    * Unapproved parties = $500
    * Lost garage opener = $100

    **Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to 1 weeks worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.

Ideal location. Clean, plenty of space and well stocked. No central A/C an issue in hot weather. The portable units helped but not ideal. A/C Venting outside the windows opens the house to road noise from Connor Rd. No door to the bathroom for the master suite a bit odd. Overall great. Big kitchen and eating area. Separate office space a bonus.

A Real Gem

A comfortable and well appointed condo in an excellent location. Close to walking paths with river views and public transportation to downtown. This will be our go to location whenever we visit Edmonton family.

Edmonton vacation

This was in a great location trails were nearby and we spent Saturday checking all the fun shops on Whyte Ave. It was a great time.

Beautiful Home away from home

Very comfortable, quiet and clean place to stay at. Central to everything. Bed was comfortable and the pups were very relaxed compared to staying at a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot. Easy to find. Beds were a little too hard for my liking but they were clean and a place to lay my head. Will definetely stay again if I ever need someplace to stay

Our family enjoyed our stay at this very clean, comfortable,warm, modern property. Great facilities for the six of us, and spacious bedrooms with plenty of luggage storage.The open concept was ideal for visiting! Our only problem was with parking. We arrived in two vehicles, but our Toyota Tacoma was too long to fit in the garage, so we parked at an angle behind it as there is no parking on the street in front of the property.

Fantastic experience

I stayed with my spouse, father, and teenagers here for a weekend and it was a a great place to relax and have our meals. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are clean and comfortable, and there was enough space for six of us. In a great area of Edmonton too, and we appreciated the garage parking for our vehicle. Highly recommend!
