Cozy Condo close to LRT, Stadium and Expo Center.

Furnished condo with two bedrooms. Ideal set up for daily, weekly and monthly guests who are working in or visiting Edmonton. Base price is for 2 guests. Full kitchen, furnished living room and bathroom. Situated on the 2nd floor facing North and large balcony. Great place for any working professionals or travelers. Edmonton Expo, Commonwealth Stadium and LRT are walking distance, restaurants and grocery shopping located next to condo building.

If you are looking for "Home Away from Home" you found your place to stay, very well stocked kitchen and amenities, fully furnished with Smart TV in Living room. Condo also has Sonos speakers and connection to Spotify to listen to your favorite music. Mini fridge & freezer for drinks and food. Computer desk with monitors and chair. Lots of space.

Crib or high chair can be made available if sufficient notice is given, stored offsite. Please confirm availability.

Elevator at main entrance and stairs from side door.

5 minute drive to Downtown.

BBQ on deck, fridge, freezer and lots of guest storage.

Portable Air Conditioner in each bedroom, 3 speed, low noise and self evaporating.

This condominium served as our home base while assisting an aging parent who lives in the nearby seniors complex. It was so nice to have a nicely appointed place to come home to. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the proximity to SaveOn Foods was a bonus. We really appreciated being able to use the barbecue and the entertainment systems (Sonos speaker and smart TV’s) were great. Check in and check out was seamless. A really well delivered VRBO experience. Thanks Chris!

Fantastic stay. The unit was very clean and very well equipped, the location is a 5 minute drive to Rogers Place, the beds were super comfortable and communication was excellent. The sound system was a nice feature. We most definitely recommend this property.

EDMONTON COMMONWEALTH CONDO

My spouse and I spent 4 nights here and were so comfotable! Communication with owner was great and they were very accommodating. Check in and out went smoothly and the other residents of the building were very friendly. The condo was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfotable! We hope to stay again next time we are in Edmonton.

Family Getaway

Highly recommend this property for a place to get away for a night, weekend or more. Check in was smooth and easy to navigate. Our host, Chris, was prompt in replying to any concerns or questions we had. My kids and I enjoyed staying here after a long day of activities in the city. We had everything we needed and it was a quiet place to recharge. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Edmonton.

This was my first time booking a VERBO and it was a great experience. The place was as advertised. It was clean, modern interior, and good instructions. The place was near a grocery store and it had all the little extras you need when staying overnight. Netflix, condiments, dishwasher soap shampoo extra pots pans containers etc. I would rent again for sure. Beds were very comfortable.

Very nice. Good linens,dishes, hair shampoo, conditioner, body wash all supplied. Washer, dryer,deep freeze all good. Lots of cook ware and utensils. Will definitely stay there again. Good location to Expo Centre.

Great stay at Chris’s comfy condo!

This is a very nice, clean 2 bedroom condo. Well equipped kitchen and very comfy bedrooms. We had everything we needed for our 2 night stay & wished we were staying longer. Good location with a nice grocery store right next door to the condo complex. Communication with host was good & we revived very detailed instructions about check-in/check-out that made the process seem less. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, mostly clean. There was hair in the shower and the hall way smells so much like smoke (cigarettes and weed) my partner is very sensitive to smells so that was a real issue. That said the apartment itself did not smell of smoke or anything bad. Everything else was as advertised. I enjoyed it and would stay again if I'm not with my partner on that trip.

Comfortable and Cozy

We greatly enjoyed staying at Chris' Cozy Condos - Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton. Our condo was very clean, and was equipped with everything needed to make it a home away from home. Since we were visiting family, we did not need to make meals, but had we wanted to, all equipment and appliances were available to us. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and fully stocked. Towels were large and absorbent. On-site laundry is very handy. Chris' communication is excellent, and he provides a binder filled with all kinds of useful information. Having assigned parking is very nice, as well. This condo met our needs perfectly, and provided a cozy and serene retreat at the ends of our busy days in Edmonton. We would certainly check to see if this condo were available again on our next trip to Edmonton, and we would have no reservations about trying any of Chris' other sites. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Edmonton.

Cozy and Clean

We quite enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to find and the process to getting inside was simple. The condo was clean and very cozy. The beds were super comfortable, too! The purpose of our stay was to have a mini Christmas with a family member who lives in Edmonton. Chris and his wife went out of their way to put up a small Christmas tree for us. It was the perfect addition to our weekend. We will absolutely be staying again. My son made a comment about "can't wait to bbq steaks on the patio" (yes, there's even a bbq available!!)

A nightmare

We found out the day of that the balcony was unavailable which was a must for us. But was no longer available. The first night the breaker blew power no air conditioning or lights for 3 hours before the hoat could come fix it. And than the 3 night we had a MOUSE yes a Mouse its was awful. My 12 year old daughter got so upset that it messed up her skating the reason we were in Edmonton. We left 2 nights early. I had tobpay for hotels and lots a good amount of food i had purchased for us to eat. I believe i should be reimbursed for this. I got nothing. Never stay at this horrible pleac.

Great location

Very easy to access, close to services, attractions. Great communication with Chris. Unit was clean, comfortable, and had all expected amenities. Building is older and you can hear neighbours sometimes but nothing that ruined the stay or our sleep.
