Flying Living Room

This house is built for family fun! With ample space for your entire family to feel comfortable, the property sleeps and feeds up to 15 people, with everything you need. Enjoy private conversations with loved ones high above the living room, or join the chaos of the family room, which connects directly to the hot tub spa area.

The main living room, just off the dining room, faces the street through large modern windows. This seating area features two large, comfortable couches for lounging, sleeping, or chatting as a large group—perfect before or after dinner.

The living room connects seamlessly to the kitchen, so the cooks in your family feel part of the action. This room includes a large TV, an indoor fireplace. You can warm up by the fire, watch the game, and still feel connected to the action.

Kitchen

Modern appliances and a large refrigerator complete with ice maker and water dispenser. For you chef types, we include everything—from specialty cooking appliances like a food processor to large serving dishes.

The large dining room includes a table that comfortably seats 15+ people, allowing the whole family to enjoy meals together. And don’t worry about the little ones—we include a high chair as well.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

A great night’s sleep makes all the difference. All rooms are beautifully decorated and well appointed, equipped with blackout blinds and both firm and soft pillows to help you unwind from the busyness of the day.

2 King Beds
: Two rooms feature king mattresses—no rock-paper-scissors needed to decide who gets the “good” room. Perfect for two families sharing the house.

3 Queen Beds: 
Ideal for older teens, young adults, couples, or siblings. (One located in the loft perch)

1 Single bunk beds
: Perfect for keeping a younger child close, with a single sleeper above the upstairs queen.

2 double bunk beds: Two bunk beds sleep four total—great for kids or adults reliving their childhood camp days.
