“Outdated and shabby property. The kitchen was recently remodeled, however, furniture was old and outdated. Carpets in unit and hallways were old and scuffed, worn out. Floorplan was awkward. Internet connection was very slow. No check-in desk at the property; had to drive to another location to check in. Staff and maintenance were kind and responsive.”

“The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 ski trip to Beaver Creek and the location was fantastic. It took us a minute to figure out the best runs back to the house but this is a true ski in/ski out... the lift is literally right behind the building. It was clean, well maintained, and well equipped for our stay. Nice heated pool/hot tub. “Advertised as air conditioned but sign located in the unit says no air conditioning. Multiple TV issues that took 4 days and hours of troubleshooting to resolve. Living room fireplace not working. Crank handles on some windows are broken. The large sectional couch shown in the picture has been replaced with two smaller couches and a big square end table between them - this causes the loss of valuable seating with an adequate TV viewing angle. While the location is excellent we paid a premium...

“We were in town for a lacrosse tournament & decided to skip the whole team hotel scene (as much fun as that always is). It was so nice to spread out and have our own space. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of walking trails and creek access. It’s close to town but also feels secluded enough to feel like a mountain getaway. Highly recommend!”
