"The service and staff were average. However, the room didn’t have even basic items like glasses, plates, or drinking water. The pool was very dirty and unusable. The breakfast was the same every day and tasted bad. This was my first and definitely last time staying at this hotel. It looks nothing like the pictures"

"We had a cockroach in the one morning we woke up. Brought it up with both reception and customer relations. The receptionist said she would send someone to clean and sanitise the room. It was done but no further dialog, change of room or any compensation took place despite of another approach from our side to customer relations. He seemed to ”care” more than the receptionist and took notes but the hotel did not take any further actions. With kids in the room, this has clearly affected the whole experience very negatively where we noticed a huge lack of service mind in the staff and hotel management. A luxury hotel on the paper with great potential, but a very bad experience.."

The service was lacking, the breakfast was subpar, and the rooms were outdated and unclean, with an unpleasant view. There was a noticeable sewage odor coming from the tap. While the air conditioning was functional, it emitted a persistent, irritating noise. Additionally, the room had a pervasive, unpleasant smell. The pool was consistently dirty throughout the stay. In contrast, several nearby boutique hotels offer significantly better and cleaner accommodations. "
